Coming in as the #2 ranked underdog vs. the #1 ranked Titans in the McKinney Sports Youth Football league championship game, the Plano Cowboys faced yet another great challenge. Two years ago they were down 17-6 in the 4th quarter and came bact to beat the Chiefs 18-17 in the PSA Super Bowl. Last year in a defensive struggle, they scored in the last 2 minutes to overcome the PSA's Eagles. And this year was no cake walk either. After going down 8-6 in the 3rd quarter, they showed great defensive heart and offensive determination to come back and defeat the Titans 22-8, becoming the 2007 5th Grade Super Bowl Champions.
