Saturday, February 9th will mark the 5th Annual SAGE Summer Expo, one of the largest summer camp and resource fairs in the North Texas area. SAGE, which stands for Special and Gifted Education, is the Plano PTA committee responsible for programming and advocacy for Plano ISD's diverse learners - special needs and gifted children. While the Summer Expo will feature summer camps targeted to both these groups of children, there will also be camps of interest for all students, including robotic, chess, music and art camps. Last year over 75 camps participated with a booth, while 40 more provided brochures. This is a great opportunity to do summer camp shopping all in one place at one time! Summer Expo will be held at Plano Senior High School, 2200 Independence Parkway, Plano, TX on Saturday, February 9th from 10 am to 2 pm. Admission is free and open to all north Texas school districts.
