Allen Sweeps McKinney Boyd Relays

The Allen boys and girls track and field teams both won team titles on Saturday, Feb. 23, at the McKinney Boyd Relays held at Ron Poe Stadium.

The Lady Eagles swept the meet winning by a landslide scoring 176 points to second place Highland Park 127. The Allen boys scored 127.75 points to edge out second-place Denton Ryan 123.

Out of the 17 events scored Allen girls scored 11 in the top 3 and Allen boys scored 8 in the top 3. Our leaders bringing home the gold this were:
