" To The Family of Stephen Scott:

Hello, my name is Mrs. Barnes and I am a Bible teacher in the Collin county area. I am writing you because I am sorry for your loss and encouraging Bible reading during this time of distress. I know during the time when we lose our loved ones questions may arise such as: 'What has happened to them? Are they suffering? Are they watching over us? Can we help them? Will we ever see them again?'. At such times, we need to go to God's Word for comfort. (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) The Bible helps us to understand how our Creator and His son Jesus feel about death. I am sharing this information because I have been given hope because the Bible has given satisfying answer regarding death, sickness, and the resurrection. (Isaiah 25:8) (Revelation 21: 3,4) (John 5: 28, 29). These are only a few scriptures that touches on some of the questions mentioned above. I pray and hope these scriptures encourage you and your family.

With Deep Sympathy,

Mrs. Barnes "
