From staff reports

Due to adverse wind conditions at the optimal flight altitude, Denton County officials reported the aerial mosquito control spray planes were unable to cover portions of Flower Mound, Lewisville, Haslet and Southlake on Friday night.
Denton County Officials in partnership with Clarke Aviation, plan to cover the incomplete portions tonight and will conduct the second round of aerial mosquito control spraying Sunday. In order to accurately release the mosquito control spray, wind conditions must be below 10 miles per hour. Further updates will be posted on www.flower-mound.com.
