Keep Little Elm Beautiful needs help to keep Little Elm beautiful
Keep Little Elm Beautiful members will be working to make Beard Park more beautiful on June 6 and 13. The group will be upgrading the two flowerbeds at the back of Beard Park. Volunteers are needed for this project. If you want to help with this project from 9 a.m. To 1 p.m. on any of the above mentioned days let KLEB know at klebcommittee@littleelm.org.

U.S. Army Freedom Team Salute honors Army veterans
This outreach program thanks all U.S. Army veterans for their service to our country. The veteran will receive an official commendation package from the Secretary of the Army and Army Chief of Staff that includes a personalized letter of thanks and certificate of appreciation, an Army lapel pin, and two U.S. Army decals. The free commendation package arrives in 3 to 4 weeks.
Get ready for a clown at the Little Elm Library
A Ringling Brothers Barnum and Bailey Circus clown will visit Little Elm Library at 10 a.m. on June 11 to help kick off the summer reading program. See the clown and then sign up for Summer Reading club.
July Jubilee will be held on July 4
July Jubilee will be held from 4 p.m. To 11 p.m. On July 4 at Little Elm Park. There will be activities for kids, food and merchandise vendors, games, and live entertainment. The evening will end with a professional fireworks display over Lewisville Lake. There will be no public parking in Little Elm Park. The Town of Little Elm will provide several shuttles between Little Elm Park, Lakeside Junior High, Powell Intermediate, and Cottonwood Sports Complex. Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge to open Aug. 1 with a run across the bridge
There will be a 5K run and a family fun walk across the new Lewisville Lake Bridge on Aug. 1. All activities will being on the Lake Dallas side of the bridge. Visit www.runlltb.com for information.
